Why Would a Dog Write About Watches?
Humans keep track of time by looking at something on their arm called a watch. As a dog, time isn’t important to me, but my life is controlled by it anyway, because I have to do things when my owner decides it’s TIME. She’s on a schedule, right now her schedule says it’s time to work, so I just lie here beside her until she looks at her watch again and decides it’s time to do something else…hopefully something with me.
Another reason a dog would write about a watch is that her owner was given an opportunity to talk about something called a movado watch and couldn’t resist. It’s Christmas time, and people are thinking about gifts to buy for their family and friends. She looked at the site that the link above leads to, and saw quite a few watches she likes…she needs one right now as the batteries are worn out on the inexpensive ones that she bought last year. It’s going to take a while for her to make up her mind about which watch she likes, because there are so many of them. There were 213 Movado watches for women to chose from, that’s a lot! In the meantime, I’m still here, while she types, looking out the window waiting for the next cat or dog to go by so I can bark…what else can a dog do until their owner finds time for them? Oh!
